Pat Killeen joined Engineered Controls in 1996 and brings over 35 years of experience in the building control technology industry. Whether managing the business or collaborating directly with clients, Pat is widely recognized for his dedication to quality, innovation, and professional excellence.
He sets the vision and direction of Engineered Controls, overseeing strategic planning, business development, and staff growth while fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
Experience & Leadership
Throughout his career, Pat has held positions as a design engineer, project manager, and executive leader, equipping him with a deep technical foundation and business insight. As President and owner of Engineered Controls, he has guided the company’s growth to more than 100 employees across Nebraska and Iowa.
Pat also serves as President of Control Depot Inc., a building technology distribution company that supports regional automation and control needs.
